1. Built-To-Order Manufacturing Policy: Unless an inventory product listing explicitly states an item is pre-built, factory-sealed, or sitting as approved clearance stock within our ‘Bargain Corner’ directory, all computers displayed across Build RX Computers are custom-engineered, compiled, and hand-assembled to individual order specification parameters.
2. Sourcing & Processing Windows: Upon successful checkout verification and confirmation of cleared funds via our secure processing gateway, our standard production queue takes place. Procurement, high-stress diagnostic stability testing, and component wire-routing execution require a strict window of ten (10) working days prior to courier dispatch, unless priority fast-track fulfillment (7 working days) is explicitly purchased at checkout.
3. Custom Goods Cancellation & Returns: In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations regarding tailored or bespoke commodities, custom computer configurations mapping precise user-selected hardware tiers cannot be canceled or refunded once procurement assembly sequences begin on our workshop benches. Standard component hardware failure protections and comprehensive repair diagnostic cover remain completely active under our system warranty agreements.

Welcome to BuildRX Computers (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order for a custom workstation, portable SFF rig, or streaming array through our platform showrooms, you explicitly agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Technical Customization & Lead Times
All BuildRX systems are custom engineered-to-order. Standard workshop lead times are typically 7 to 14 business days from order confirmation to accommodate component allocation, physical deployment, and our mandatory, non-negotiable 24-hour hardware stability diagnostic burn-in cycle. Lead times are estimates and may fluctuate during global component hardware constraints.
2. Payment & Premium Pricing Structure
Full payment clearance is required before any component allocation or mechanical assembly begins at our engineering desk. All listed prices are rounded up cleanly to cover component transit insulation and asset protection fees. We reserve the absolute right to adjust pricing matrices dynamically on the fly to reflect real-time trade supplier market shifts.
3. Insured Courier Transit & Risk
Every system dispatched is protected by our flat £50.00 Insured Courier Tracked Delivery tier via DPD UK. Absolute physical risk of component damage or chassis structural breakdown passes to the buyer the exact millisecond the shipment is signed for at the designated delivery address. Any suspected transit damage must be flagged to our support portal within 24 hours of delivery receipt alongside photographic package evidence.
4. Custom Component Compatibility Disclaimers
For custom hardware specifications commissioned via our studio layout desks, BuildRX Engineers reserve the right to swap designated components (such as motherboards, memory kits, or power supplies) for equivalent or higher-tier components from alternative elite partner brands (ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, Palit, PNY, Zotac, Corsair, Thermaltake, SilverStone) to maintain strict socket compatibility or overcome unexpected trade supplier stock shortages.
5. Cancellation & Custom-Built Returns
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations regarding custom-made, bespoke items tailored to individual user hardware specifications, orders that have entered physical component assembly or completed diagnostic testing cannot be cancelled for a full cash refund. Returns are strictly limited to verified component functional hardware defects covered under our system warranty protocols.
